Yes, it was adequate. Social distancing was common between the customers and the staff. All the staff wore masks. There were plastic screens on the table between the staff and customers. Hand sanitizer were available and signs were put up to remind customers to wear masks and to social distance amongst each other. I am not sure what Destination's policy is for the amount of customers allowed on the premises, but on that Saturday morning, there weren't that much there.
The sales team were very knowledgeable of the product and the solutions available, for example, the financing solutions available to lower my payment. Also, I was expecting a longer process to receive my vehicle. Maybe a few days wait where I had to come back to Destination Mazda, but I was very surprise that I received it a little over 2 hours. That was nice.
