He knows his staff and ask questions related to what we need and what we like about cars, and including questions unrelated to cars which makes the conversation not awkward. Pretty good guest service compare to other car dealers we had. I am so happy to get my new car from Mazda, looks luxurious without compromising the price. It is a bang for a buck.
