Destination Mazda is the best place to have your, your friends and your family Mazda serviced at. I've been financing my Mazda 3 for more than a year now, and any problems I've had, have been taken care of at Destination Mazda. Those problems were nitpicks to make the car perfect, during which I was given a complimentary ride to and from my home. Mazda itself is hands down the most reliable, quality to price driven company I've seen, especially compared to any other car companies. Mazda's 2.5L engine is better than any other manufacturers, as it was built to last. I chose the Turbo, AWD model, and I love the speed and feeling of it. Horse and rider would be one way to describe it. Do your research before purchasing any car, but know that I will be coming back to this dealership until the bitter end. I had an absolutely incredible experience at Destination Mazda on Saturday, December 13th. I walked in without an appointment but with a few stock numbers ready on the Mazda 3 Sport GT trim which I viewed online. (By the way, Destination Mazda has one of the best websites as far as dealership websites go.) Reception greeted me immediately and asked me to wait for a sales associate. I grabbed a cup of water and almost immediately Steve Michell (guest advisor) greeted me and asked me what I was interested in. I gave him the stock numbers I was looking for. He located two of the vehicles for me and let me take both for a test drive. Steve was so incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. When I made my decision, Steve quickly got the paperwork ready and then referred me to Ibrahim Yehia (sales manager) to talk through payment options. Ibrahim was so thoughtful and considerate in explaining the lease vs. finance options in detail, and actually explained payment terms in clear, concise language that was easy to understand. I felt comfortable that I was getting great advice on payment structuring and my purchase. My application was sent to the finance department and I think I must have waited no less than 10 minutes before my application and lease were approved. I was then sent to Greg Charbonneau (finance manager) to further chat about the lease terms. Greg also explained all the lease terms and conditions concisely and I could tell that his advice regarding optional extras such as protection plans was sincere and based on personal experience. While Greg was finalising my application, I was sent to the dealership's in-house insurance agent Akshay (apologies for forgetting his last name) who is a Navacord broker. Akshay was also very helpful in explaining insurance coverage options and worked efficiently to put together a suitable insurance package for me. He also gave me great advice regarding insurance claims and related procedures. I was sent back to Greg to sign off on the final paperwork for my car, and then the last step was meeting up with Mason Wu (delivery specialist) to go over some of the setup of my new car. I have to mention that while I was busy completing paperwork regarding finance/insurance, Mason was working away in the background getting my car ready for me (taking off plastic, cleaning the car, putting licence plates on, etc.). This meant that when the transaction was complete, the car was already waiting for me. Mason sat with me and explained some of the basic/important settings in the car, and then greeted me and sent me on my way. I walked into the dealership at around 2:00 PM and I think all-in-all I drove away at 5:00 PM. From past experience, it is almost unheard of for a car purchase to run this smoothly, and I have previously had to wait days or even weeks to finalise a purchase. I seriously mean it when I say the team at Destination Mazda are the best in the business. I encourage anyone to try and find a better, more cohesive, streamlined team. I think you'll be looking for a long while. I will also add that because the team is so honest and sincere along every step of the purchase transaction, trust is easily built with the dealership. If any of my friends or family seek recommendations for their next vehicle purchase, I will only recommend Destination Mazda.
